Stuytown Apartment Renovations
Stuytown is a 110 building residential complex located in the East Village. We have been working closely with Ownership’s Management team to perform improvements to the buildings, public spaces and amenity improvement on the 80-acre site. With over 11,250 apartments, StuyTown is the largest rental community in the United States. We have developed new layouts and interior configurations for the apartments and worked closely with leasing to develop their New Resident Welcome Center.

At StuyTown and Peter Cooper Village we not only handle public space and amenities. The bulk of our work focuses on improvements to existing residential units. From cosmetic renovations to upgrade finishes to complete layout changes in entire apartment lines across dozens of buildings, our work has dramatically improved the quality of life for thousands of residents. We also help with marketing by designing fully outfitted model apartments, and we work with the interior design and management teams to refine interior lighting and finishes.
