Hurley Group Connecticut Portfolio

The Hurley Group owns and manages a mostly commercial and industrial portfolio of buildings in southwestern Connecticut. We have been working with Hurley since 1992 on a range of buildings and tasks. Shown here is a selection of those projects. Whether for office tenants or industrial users, the buildings done for Hurley have sought to balance quality and cost, to wring out of the projects a result that would set the properties above their similarly-priced competitors. Adaptive reuses of loft buildings alternate with new construction; some involve brick masonry, others employ pre-engineered metal building systems.
