Summit Parc

Summit Parc is a new rental apartment building on a quiet residential street in central Riverdale.  The recently completed 30,000 sq.ft. building has 15 apartments, mostly two- and three-bedrooms.  The façades are a blend of Roman and Norman brick set in a distinctive corrugated pattern, with strip windows and cantilevered balconies facing north and south.  Parking, a multipurpose room with a shared outdoor terrace, and two roof terraces are some of the featured amenities.

The north front facade transitions between deeply inset townhouses to its east and a larger apartment building built to the narrower portion of the street to its west. Balconies and corner windows take advantage of this anomaly, presenting a deeply sculpted corner overlooking the garden while opening the apartments within to this unique view.
