The Hurley Group Portfolio

The Hurley Group has been a longtime client.  Their holdings include industrial, commercial, and residential properties in southwestern Connecticut. Some examples of that relationship are shown here:  a campus plan with four new steel pre-engineered buildings in an Oxford complex, renovations of loft buildings in New Haven and Newtown, LEED-certified renovation of a landmark bank attached to a Brutalist office building in downtown New Haven, and numerous office interiors for tenants.
