BSA Acquires BGA

We are honored to announce that we will be starting off 2022 by merging the work and legacy of the award-winning Manhattan architecture firm, Bodewynn Gaynor Architects D.P.C. [BGA] into Building Studio.

Led by Michele Bodewynn and Alan Gaynor, BGA's half-century of work featured retail, corporate interiors, historic preservation, and ongoing relationships in support of significant New York City institutions and landmark properties including the Starrett-Lehigh building, and Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Alan and Michele chose to ally with Building Studio because we share BGA's commitment to treating clients large and small with bespoke service and excellent design: we look forward to serving their clients with the same diligence, passion, and professionalism as we do our own.

We are also fortunate to welcome BGA's senior associate, Emilio Wong, into our firm; Emilio will continue to serve Michele and Alan's clients under our auspices.
