For over fifteen years we have been fortunate to work with homeowners in the Bronx’s Riverdale and Fieldston neighborhoods on renovating their homes.  The houses range in style from Tudor or Arts and Crafts to Georgian Revival and Contemporary; they range in size from modest to vast.  But all share a strong relationship to their rustic landscape, along with a commitment to high quality design and construction. 

Many of these homes are within the Fieldston or Riverdale Landmark Districts; we are proud of creating designs that enhance the significance of the neighborhoods while contributing to their historic significance.
