Hurley Portfolio Expands in Connecticut

We were happy to visit the sites of some of our work for the Hurley Group, Connecticut-based owner-developers of industrial, commercial, and residential buildings, with photographer Ian Christmann. Some of the results are shown here.

While the sites vary in use, scope, and size, most are industrial/commercial buildings or campuses, in Southwest Connecticut cities like New Haven and Waterbury, or small towns like Newton, Oxford, and Southbury. Some were adaptive re-use projects, where we converted older buildings to suit new uses, while others were ground-up new construction.

Hurley’s tenant mix is in constant flux, so we continue to help adapt the buildings to their users’ specialized needs as they arise. We are grateful for this long partnership with the entire Hurley team and look forward to future projects with them: new lives for these sites as well as the development of new buildings and sites across Southwest Connecticut.
