Commercial Architecture for L3 Capital’s vast retail portfolio
Progress is being made downtown Williamsburg in the retail shopping center. This area is part of our ongoing work with Capital LLC, a national real estate investment firm specializing in the retail market. Formerly an industrial area, this neighborhood is now one of Brooklyn’s most highly prized and valuable mixed-use districts.
Rockefeller Center Interior Lobby Renovation
One of the most famous places in New York City is Rockefeller Center, home of NBC, Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show, and site of the famous skating rink and annual Christmas tree lighting. The development, a city landmark, is owned by storied developer Tishman Speyer.
Williamsburg Retail Revealed In Brownstoner

The two-story brick builidng is designed to fit into its central Williamsburg location.
