This area is part of our ongoing work with Capital LLC, a national real estate investment firm specializing in the retail market. Formerly an industrial area, this neighborhood is now one of Brooklyn’s most highly prized and valuable mixed-use districts.

Stuytown Playground - Accessibility Allows All to Beat the Heat!
As a part of our ongoing capital improvement [CapEx] work for our long-term clients Beam Living at Stuyvesant Town/Peter Cooper Village, we recently completed this accessible playground design as an amenity improvement at this community, the largest rental complex in the United States.
